Swam w/ Aundrey, Meredith, Dave, Dave, Dave, Roger, Danny and Keith. Woke up late this morning and rushed to the pool. I got there as warm up was ending. So, I effectively got 300 yds of warm up before the challenge set. Not good. Short day today. I'll probably make up a lot of it at the meet Sunday.

That's pretty good without a warm up? 31s?

Yes, they were all about :31. I usually descend my 6 x 50 free from :35 down to :30. That really gets me going at the right speed. Today, I ended up behind Aundrey who mixed up some stroke on his 6 x 50. I should do better next week. It will be interesting to see how my 200 SCM works this weekend. If I can break 2:15, I should be on track to break 2:00 on 200 SCY in February.
