11.30.12 - Friday workout

Swam w/ Dave, Dave, Keith and Danny. From the "why wasn't I listening when someone told me about this" department: Turns out that I exhale on my breaststroke too early. I've been told in the past to keep my head down when I breathe. But I never could because even though my mouth came out of the water, enough water came up with my head that I'd get a mouthful if I didn't tilt my head forward. So, I got the bright idea today of exhaling as my face is breaking the surface of the water. It worked! No more head bobbing! Why didn't someone tell me about this before? They probably did... I just wasn't listening.
