Jim - entertaining as always. I say get those Ind. Medley Top Tens out of the way for sure. THey're the easy one (to get TT in)...not so easy on the racing portion of the event however. My motto (most of the time)...longer is better.

Thanks, James! I signed up for the 400 and 200 IMs followed by the 800 free. I am being measured for a casket tomorrow.

I had to look it up.

Gaudiamus igitur, iuvenes dum summum. (from memory)

Actual quote: Gaudeamus igitur. Iuvenes dum sumus. (from Internet)

    and

    Morituri te salutamus! (from memory)

Actual quote, to be spoken on the blocks at the Hudson, Ohio SCM high school pool next Saturday:

Morituri Te Salutamus (from the Internet again--I was right this time!)

just get cremated and buried at sea. That's what I'm doing. Good swimming!

Actually, with global warming, cremation might be overkill. I'd rather let my remains feed some little creatures (crustaceans, catfish, moray eels, Disney cartoon lions, and the like) so that the circle of life can continue without a hitch.
