AM only Crossfit

Only had time for a quick workout at Crossfit today:

Strength training:

Back Squat w/ 45 lb bar only (form work)

EMOM (every minute on the minute):
1, 2, 3, 4, ... pull-ups

I made it to 12 and stopped because I have a meet this weekend.
