I think the Distance Queen is back for next year

Sprint workouts were fun and different and I will continue to mix them into my routines more often but I feel more comfortable with distance than sprints.
I think part of it is that if my back goes out I can recover better from a bad start or turn on a distance event than a sprint. I am going to keep up on the kicking since it is what I need if I am going to lose this weight again.
