Had a good group today - Roger, Danny, Peter, Dave, Dave, Ray, and Keith. At the end, Phil showed up and I swam another 5 100's with him at a good pace. Kept my speed up pretty good today. Worked my back stroke more than usual and didn't put on paddles until late in the workout. Overall, I think my speed has improved a few seconds per 100.
