Forgive me friends it's been 8 days since my last blog
I swam Mon, Fri, Thu, Wed
did not swim Sat or Sun

Whitney coached
6:30 - 8:00 dove around 6:35
SCY UT Swim Center diving well
Swam with Paul
beside Jim, Chris, Mike and Todd


Warm up
went around 800

Main Set

40 x 50 on 1:00
each round has 10 followed by 100 easy
BEST AVE
1) 25 FL 25 BK
2) 25 BK 25 BR
3) 25 BR 25 FR
4) 50 FR

then I came back at noon for more fun and held faster times than this morning.

    Ande, I did not get an opportunity today to thank you for the breaststroke advice this morning. I really enjoyed visiting UT masters, you have a great group of swimmers, great coach and wonderful facility. I will be at practice one more time tomorrow morning and hope to see you there.     Great to train with you too
    We're lucky & spoiled
    Keep working on your breastroke.

    Concentrate on:
    + streamlining your upper body as you complete your kick,
    + pausing for a moment after your kick before you begin your next pull, and
    + keeping your legs and hips up when you're gliding
    RIDE THE GLIDE!
