Swam with Dave, Dave, Peter, Keith, Danny, and Brian (who's in town form Univ. of AL). Dave B. wanted to do a sprinter's workout, so that's what we did. It's a different type fo workout - a lot of rest. But, I was just as tired as if I had done more yardage. Bottom line, I need to learn how to sprint, particularly the breathing.
