Almost didn't get out of bed today. I knew I had to quit 30 minutes early and I just felt tired and thought about how I have done pretty good this year and missing one workout wouldn't hurt. Of course, I'll miss about a week next week - while I'm eating tamales, rotel dip, tortillas, ice cream floats, etc. So, I drug myself to the pool.

Swam with Roger, Peter, Dave, Dave, Danny, and Ray (for a little while). We did another sprinter's workout and, while I truly sprint, I did swim hard. Also worked my backstroke more than usual. Went to paddles early to make this more of a "strength" workout.
