Pool set up Long Course yesterday, to my surprise - I the thought it was SCY until after NY's. Not too shabby a workout the first day, and today; fortunately I forgot workout was at 6am - cuz it's usually at 7:30 on Saturday mornings, and so I got there at 6:20 or so. Good thing too, cuz my arms were about to fall off at the end there.

Here's Friday's workout (I had to do the first 1500 solo, because the kids started at 6am - and I had an 8am meeting, and needed to get out at the usual 7:15am or so):

600P w/snorkel
