I just cruised these with about 5 seconds rest

Main Set: 31+ HR/10 sec. EN3 type work

  • Round 1: Stroke (did Fly, which alternated with Free every other) - could barely go 1:07s...very wavy
  • Round 2: Another Stroke (did Back) 1:12/:13s
  • Round 3: Free (held 1:01/1:02s)

    Stop swimming so much!!! Man, I miss the yardage from age group workouts.

    It is good fun. I'm actually thinking about skipping out on tonight's practice anyway, just to rest my muscles a bit before the meet. I've got a showdown with some guy from PNA this weekend.
