OK. So sometimes I am guilty of telling a white lie or two. Like yesterday when I said I was taking a much needed break from exercise today. Well, after coaching a college meet this morning, Doug Martin showed up to do a timed 50 FR (since the touch pads and timing system was all set up), and asked me to provide some competition. As if I hadn't done enough 50 FRs from a dive in the past 12 hours!

Doug went a swift 24.32 (not bad for someone on the cusp of being 60 years young!). There is a video floating around somewhere of the race. I will post it when I can find what happened to it. But now, seriously, I am taking the rest of the day off!
