Week 16 - Thursday weights

I managed to again leave the conference so I could get back to the gym. I did 5 circuits in 30 mins and then did a short swim. Tomorrow I have an earlier than usual start at the conference so will have to do a very short workout.
5 x (12 reps, bench, inclined bench, military press, lat pull downs internal and external hands, seated row, back incline)
8x50 pull(just bouy)
I felt good tonight.
