Sat. Jan 26 - Getting Some Yardage In

Well the pools were open today - eventhough it was sooooo cold at 35 and it did rain yesterday afternoon - yea!!!

Swam at the Nat. Did pretty much the same workout as Dave, Dave, and Peter. I couldn't do their intervals, so I did my own and added a 100 here and there. Peter hung around and we finished up with a couple of sets together. Bob, Carol, George and a couple of others were there but I have no idea what they were doing.

Had a pretty good workout put in some yardage, swam some shorter intervals, and mixed a little distance and IM with some hard free and back.
