Peter, Dave, Dave, Roger, Meredith, and Andrei made up the big group. I shared a lane with Keith and gor a pretty good workout in. Had some more speed today and endurance was better but the 500's did take a lot out of me. Was pretty pleased with my backstroke. After tomorrow we will start a 12 day taper, what ever that is, leading up to the Auburn meet.
