I felt really tired today. No stiffness just beat.
5 non stop circuits x 10 x (bench press, inclined bench, military press, seated row inside hands, seated row outside hands, lat pull down hands inside, lat pull downs hands outside, back extension machine)
500 swim with snorkel
500 pull with snorkel
10x50 swim with snorkel
