swim 8x25 free FAST on 25 (:17)
100 easy on 2:30

Swim 2x100 IM on 1:50 (1:30, 1:32)
swim 8x25 FAST back on 30 (:20)
100 easy on 2:30

swim 2x100 free on 1:30 (1:25, 1:32, missed the interval, started the 25's on 1:45)
swim 8x25 FAST on 30: one of each, IM order, 2x around
(fly & back just under :20, breast around :25, free around 17)
