Today I didn't push more than 500 yards everything else was EASY.

500 free
500 free kick w/zoomers

8x25@:45 shooters w/zoomers
5x100@1:30 w/paddles as 50 free/50 back went 1:26, 1:27, 1:28, 1:29, 1:30 just could not move on this

3x100 back drills w/zoomers #1 fashion model, #2 alt. rt arm/lt arm, #3 arms perpendicular kicking
200 free kick w/zoomers
4x25 torque drill w/paddles & snorkle
200 easy free w/paddles & snorkle maintain 6 beat kick

500 free kick moderate pace w/zoomers

total 3000 yards
