Swam w/ Dave, Dave and Dave this morning. Pretty light workout again.
600 Warm up
2 x 50 - 1:30 Fly, Br @ 200 pace
200 free @ 1650 pace (2:17 - a bit faster than I wanted)
100 Cool down
I think we are going to make a quick visit to the pool tonight and then get some rest for tomorrow.
