Exhausted and not even doing much!
Had 4 days off at Easter and arms still feel like lead. Swimming so slowly I'm almost going backwards. UGGggggg
To swim through it or rest more?
i think exhaustion (mental or physical) is your body telling you to take a break. If it goes away fast you only needed a short break! LISTEN to your body, it's smarter than any training program!
Between tylenol PM and 2 consecutive nights' sleep of 11 hours each, managed to feel much better today!
