I'm marginally better today, but still hacking with low energy. Damn virus! But at least I managed more AFAP 25s today. I thought about going to the gym, but plyos seemed way too taxing.

    Persistence is a grand virtue, and you certainly have it. Day by day you are on the way back. Just keep doing all the daily personal care you know you must do towards regaining 100% wellness ASAP.

    Trying to be lazy but Mr. Fort has been gone all week. Now I'm out at HS awards banquet instead of horizontal on the couch.
