Practice was earlier tonight because they were having a girls basketball tournament tonight, and the locker rooms at the high school would be restricted access later in the evening, so we were able to bump the practice forward a few hours which was nice.
Most of the team was doing relay starts and sprints all practice long, after having a 20-30 minutes of meeting stuff with the coach in a group setting. 3 of us (Me, Hannah - H.S. State Champ girl, and another visiting swimmer from the PNS LSC) who aren't going to the Champs meet next weekend did the following workout:
