Mixing it up this year

Crazy but not yet ready for some of my old intervals

Shoulders are still an issue so I had to modify somewhat from my favorites of the past. When my shoulders are ready I will make the just to 1 hr and 30 min instead of 1 hr and 15 min which is what I am doing now.

500 free kick w/zoomers

5x100@1:45 Free w/strapless paddles, snorkle and bouy keeping moderate pace of 1:28
15x100 Free w/paddles(tyr catalyst red), bouy #1-5@1:35 holding 1:26's, #6-10@1:30 holding 1:24's, #11-15@1:25 holding 1:21's

200 free kick w/zoomers
300 free EZ w/zoomers & snorkle

total 3500 yards
