Mon. Feb. 25 - Moving to Speed Work

Started working on speed more - didn't swim over a 100 today. Can't say it was a sprint workout, but I did work on swimming harder. Says something about my training that it is hard to actually sprint.

The people swimming in the morning has dropped off the last couple of weeks. Ray, Peter, Dave, and Dave were there today. Swam on my own until I did the 25's with Peter and Dave.

Worked on swimming harder and using a little longer intervals. Also tried to kick a little while I was swimming - imagine that - and worked more on breathing every other stroke.
