Swam w/ Dave, Dave and Danny. Still feeling fairly strong in the water.

300 (3 x 50 Kick/50 Free) - 5:00
200 IM - 3:00
100 Fly - 1:30 (made 1:20)
100 Free - 1:30

Dave said we split the fly on 1:16. I was feeling really strong after the first 50 but hurting on the last 25. Stayed w/ Dave through 50 backstroke and then fell off after that. Probably could have gone faster if I was less aggressive on the fly but 5:27 is pretty good after 1600 yds of other stuff.
