1000 swim, alternating 100 kick with 100 swim

150 loosen and out

Busy two days at work, too tired to get up for early swim today. Hopped in to loosen out after dropping my son off at school. This weekend is like a summertime weekend, with lots of things planned. Will coach tomorrow and plan to get in myself Saturday and Sunday as well.
