Today's goal was to get over 100 miles for this year so far.

500 free
500 free kick w/zoomers
5x200@3:15 free w/strapless paddles, snorkel & bouy
500 breast kick every 3rd lap free kick
1000 as 100 free/100 back swam at a good clip
500 free kick w/zoomers
500 drills w/snorkel

Total 4500 yards
