500 free
500 free kick w/zoomers

5x100@1:40 free w/snorkle, strapless paddles and bouy went 1:29, 1:28, 1:29, 1:25, 1:23

500 back kick drills as 100 fashion model, 100 streamline, 100 arms perpendicular, 100 partial recovery, 100 streamline w/zoomers
5x100@2:00 back went 1:44, 1:45, 1:43, 1:42, 1:40

500 EZ drills/swim w/snorkle

Total 3000 yards
