I'm still doing these crazy hours at work this week, and probably again next week. I started this morning at 3:30am, which came early after daylight savings time too...then I worked a 12 hour day as well. I did finish off last week with 54.5 hours, which will be nice on Wednesday, and I can look forward to it again for a couple more weeks...then our trip to El Salvador for some much needed R&R.
I swam the first 35-40 minutes of practice tonight on my own. We had a guy from USA Swimming who came to visit our team, and give a talk to the kids and then to the parents. I asked John if I could just get in and swim on my own since I was leaving early. I've already done the USA stuff once, and don't need to learn any more on Round 2...at least not tonight.
