I will be swimming breast in an up coming meet which is the reason for the training even though it is minimal.

5x200@3:15 free w/strapless paddles, bouy, & snorkle went 3:10, 3:04, 2:59, 2:55, 2:50
500 breast kick
10x50@1:00 breast pull w/zoomers get the wave
500 alternate 100 free/100 drills
