Mixing it up this year

Finally making progress with the weight loss

Well since Feb 1 it is now 14 pounds off! This is a delicate balance of diet, exercise, effort level and recovery on the shoulders. I am hoping to lose 16 more before I settle in to my weight for LCM Nationals in August. Goal is to have this done by June.

5x200@4:00 fly w/fins as 50 rt arm/50 lt arm/50 kick/50 swim went 3:45, 3:37, 3:28, 3:16, 3:04
5x100@2:00 free w/snorkle, strapless paddles & bouy descend went 1:46, 1:41, 1:38, 1:36, 1:33
200 free EASY!
300 kick w/zoomers easy pace
200 one arm fly alt 50 rt/50 lt to loosen up my back more

Total 3200 meters
