Finally making progress with the weight loss

Well since Feb 1 it is now 14 pounds off! This is a delicate balance of diet, exercise, effort level and recovery on the shoulders. I am hoping to lose 16 more before I settle in to my weight for LCM Nationals in August. Goal is to have this done by June.
