I stopped periodically during workout to listen to the guard in service.

In between parts of in service I got a good workout in myself.

8x25@1:00 shooters w/monofin
8x25@1:00 Karla drill w/monofin (2 strokes rt arm fly/2 lt arm fly/2 fly/2 breast pull)
8x25@:45 fly w/monofin
200 EZ
500 free w/strapless paddles, bouy, and snorkel at 1650 pace
500 free kick w/zoomers good effort
200 free EZ
100 back
200 free EZ
