Comments:
Saturday early am solo session, then took family and relatives out to lunch on Sanibel Island. The traffic volume is peaking with so many visitors as it seems one out of five cars are from out of state, which is great for the local economy.

It's prime spring training/spring break time for Red Sox (and Twins) fans in Fort Myers!

You are right, I forgot all about that. Thanks for reminding me. I never was much of a baseball fan, except for the 1969 Mets.

Frank, how are you feeling a month out from OW Nationals? It looks like training is going exceptionally well.

Thanks. The training is going well, but the last three weeks with cold weather closing public pools and relatives visiting, it was a matter of doing whatever I could manage. After a week or two adapting to LCM workouts starting tomorrow, I hope to build up my training momentum going forward. This would be transitioning the current SCY pacing in LCM and doing some more longer swims to prepare for the sustained 5K effort.

That's a tough one. Family is obviously important and I am sure you are enjoying the time with them. It's a shame about the pool situation. Switching to long course is tough but your training looks great(despite today's difficulties). Keep the big picture in mind and you will do great. I am glad you are doing well.
