Today's workout was a big lactic acid build-up. My lats and arms were toast by the end of the last set:

WARM-UP:
400 EZ swim (build to threshold pace) on 7:00
4 x 100 fr on 2:00 (1:24-1:26)
200 IM on 4:00 (3:30)

MAIN:
8 x 100 fr on 1:40 (1:30-1:31)
200 IM on 5:00 (3:40)
4 x 200 fr on 3:20 (3:08-3:12)
200 IM on 5:00 (3:40)
4 x 200 fr on 3:20 (3:11-3:15)
200 IM in 3:34
