Today I started to barely hit some times I used to be able to do. I will have to do a test set next week to see where I am.

500 free kick w/zoomers

5x100@1:35 free w/strapless paddles & bouy held 1:22's
1 minute rest
5x100@1:30 free w/paddles & bouy held 1:19's

300 free kick w/zoomers
200 breast kick

200 Free for time went 2:45
100 free EZ
200 1 arm fly drill

Total 3000 yards
