These senior masters swimmers train at FGCU with white sunshirts that also include significant drag. However I have watched them do some very seriously fast 25 & 50 meter swims. I anticipate they will do well at Pan Pacs in June.

In the 400s I did OW sighting 2-3 times per 50 on #1-4. For the 200s FR pulling with paddles-buoy-tube, 2:41 and under is the best I have done so far this training period. I was able to sustain good technical form in FR in all the sets today particularly more effective in closing the final 25s.
