Back to the normal training routine again with the team, and it felt great. We were loaded with 7 per lane, so we didn't get to do exactly what was planned, but John still gave us some good work.

    I like that main set, though I would do all the 100s as smooth or EZ. Cannot imagine how one can swim in a short course pool with 7 people. Seems like stroke technique would go bc of the waves and crowds.

    It was a different set than normal, but it was fun. THe 100s were more of survival (like try to get air between waves) and the 25s were great...at least for me since I was leading the lane. I really focused on speedy SDKs and then get to the wall in 4-5 strokes.
    We get decent pool space a few days a week when our group gets all 6 lanes, but on the days we only get 3 lanes for us...6-7 is the norm.

    That's why I changed them! Still was a fun/challenging set as I modified it.
