Todays workout was ahead of my daughters inter squad meet and was only 60mins. The workout was a mix of aerobic and quality sets. I really enjoyed this. The reduction of yardage was great too.
500 swim with snorkel
10x50 catchup on 45
5x50 kick on 50
5x50 12.5 fast,12.5 easy on 50
3x100 best avergae on 1.10
5x100 kick with fins on 1.30
4x50 AFAP with fins on 1.30
500 with snorkel
I went 59,1.00,1.00 on the 100s and then went 22s with the fins on the 50s.
