Comments:
Had to swim SCY at FMAC since FGCU was unavailable due to GCST weekend swim meet. After only LCM last six weeks, SCY felt awkward.

Not that I train a lot of LCM these days, but whenever I've been semi-consistent LCM training and switch to SCY, it often feels herky-jerky with the turns interrupting the smooth strokes. I hope to train enough LCM starting in May to get this feeling back again.
