Swam w/ Dave, Dave, Dave, Mary and a few other HSA swimmers. Gave blood yesterday and I haven't been feeling great so I was content to drop it down a notch and more or less recover today.

6 x 100 Free - 1:45 easy/hard (did these pull)

200 Cool down
