Week 31 - Tuesday(Nationals week)

I had a long day at work today and got to the pool late. I felt ok during the warmup but got better as the workout went on.
1x800 swim with snorkel
5x200 alternate swim and pull no paddles, on 3 mins
4x50 fast on 2mins
3x100 back easy on 1.40
500 swim over kick with snorkel
I went around 2.12 on the 200s and felt strong but relaxed. On the 50s I felt good and built each 50, my times were good, 26,25,25,24. I may surprise myself in the 100 and the 50 this week.
