06.01.13 - Saturday workout

Swam w/ Dave and Tess next to Tucker, Bob and Bob. Tucker got about a 600m head start on me. I eventually caught up by keeping my speed up and using shorter rest intervals. About the time I caught up, he left but Bob and Bob had joined him and Dave and Tess were getting in synch with what I was doing. The problem with pushing hard to catch up is that you get worn out. Tess led the lane which helps out but she is a good bit faster than me and was pushing a tough interval. I hung in as long as I could and switched to pull when I couldn't keep up.
