Feelin' the drag...

Rate this Entry
Felt tired again today, almost as if my strokes were stalling out. I started paying attention to body position again and narrowing my profile to get more distance out of each stroke. Started the workout feeling like I was really swimming against the current, so to speak: high drag. As I neared the end, however, the times started to come down without any added effort, so I felt like I found a sweet spot on free and breast especially. A bit of a confidence booster.
