-- very good times for me, but I was completely shot after these sprints

Made the trip out to Mason today. Still feeling pretty tired, but got in some solid sprints. I'm glad the meet is soon because I can feel myself getting distracted and less focused bc of life. I think I'll start tapering on June 12 and do a 10 day taper.
