This was just a relaxed workout with NO intervals. Focus on stroke, body position, follow thru, etc.

300 breast kick
400 free w/paddles & bouy
300 free kick w/zoomers
400 breast pull w/zoomers
300 free kick w/zoomers
400 back w/paddles & board
500 free

Total 3000 meters
