Swam w/ Dave, Dave, Roger and Sam. Back is feeling better but I'm still not 100%. Put a cylinder head back on my car last night. That wasn't the best thing for me but I need to get the car running again.

5 Rounds of:
* 100 IM - 1:30 (did 1:23s mostly)
* 100 Free - 1:30 (1:10-1:12, last on 1:07)

6 Rounds of:
* 50 Scull w/ paddles - 1:10
* 100 Hard pull - 1:20

4 x 25 - :40, no breath
4 x 25 - :35, kick
4 x 25 - :30, IM Order
4 x 25 - :25, stroke
4 x 25 - :20, free

200 Cool down
