Wow, my shoulders are now sore but it is a good kind of sore. The knee is still really stiff and it was painful to do the little bit of breaststroke that I did but after it was over the stiffness and pain got better.

1000 Free as 200 swim/pull/swim/kick/swim

This evening I decided to get in with the kids to do some demonstrations. After about 300 of drill and watching the kids under water I did a 500 Free with Paddles and bouy while 6 of them did a 500 Free relay. And who won this race........COACH!
