Trying to Train Smarter, Not Just Harder

Weights first, of course - decided to do two sets at each station, instead of going around the circuit twice - and this saves me about 10 minutes - which means I can get more in, in less time, which means I don't have to wake up so darn early!! (Well, ten minutes can mean everything to a sleepy girl)
