Had a great evening yesterday at my brother's house, visiting with my uncle and cousin out from California. Complete with ice cream cake! Got up this morning and joined GregJS and Meg at the pool for a good workout. I generally have the main sets vary either in distance or, in as in today's case, time intervals. Off to get in a motorcycle ride in this afternoon, then a few laps at the Relay for Life tonight with the family.
