500 drill WF/WFS/WFSP

10 x 25 FK on 1:00

  • varied between 28 - 25's depending on start accuracy and actual time

10 x block start on 0:40

  • just start and entry, flutter kick back
  • on last one I tossed snorkel out mid deep end transition, then put it on after dive, was fun

Anlkles have been cooperative lately allowing me to stretch them more than usual. 100% confident now that kick improvement from this simple procedure is not a myth.
